How to change plans or join new plans

This guide is part of our Member Account FAQ series.

1. Open your Account
2. Click the 'Join new plan' or 'Change plan' button under the 'Plans' section:The 'Join new plan' button will only appear if there is an additional public plan available to join.
   
   The 'Change plan' button will only appear if there is a public recurring payment or multiple payment plan available for you to join.
3. Select a new plan from the dropdown and then choose your payment details:
   

Any plans you were previously on will always be listed under the Plans section in your Account (unless an admin manually removes you from a plan).
