Can I offer free trials to my members?
Yes! We understand how vital it can be to let people try out your membership before they join, so setting up a free trial is easy. You can do that while setting up your Member Plans and choose as much time as you think your members need to make up their mind.
After this period, your members will be charged automatically. If you have indecisive customers, you will be able to extend that trial period from your Stripe account.
When setting up Member trials you will also enable automatic account-based emails for your members. This will inform them of the trial start/end date.
